Kaisi Outdoor sleeping gear selections include sleeping bags, pillows, and sleeping pads. Our expertise in sleeping gear solutions spans many years.

We offer two kinds of sleeping pads, namely air pads and self-inflating pads.

● Air Pads. Air pads can be packed into the size of a water bottle and weigh only around 600 grams or less, which is ideal for packing light. We offer them in versatile yet durable materials such as polyester or nylon with TPU coating.

● Self-Inflating Pads. Self-inflatables are a bit bigger and heavier (at 800 grams or more), but they’re more comfortable and offer better heat retention.

Synthetic vs Down Filling

Our company can manufacture sleeping bags in synthetic or down filling. Down materials, such as goose or duck feathers emulate the feel of a real bed, and with 20D or 40D ripstop nylon you won’t have to worry about them going out. You can pack them small and still have a warm and comforting bed at night. Synthetic sleeping bags are more cost-effective and great for budget-minded adventurers.

Air Pillow vs Foam Pillow

Foam pillows have a larger footprint but bring unparalleled softness, while air pillows can be folded to a fraction of their original size and are more economical
